   In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Data we collect and purpose

2.1 Contact form
When the user fills in the contact form on the Website, we collect the following data:
First name and last name
Email address
Company name (if voluntarily provided)
Message or enquiry sent

Purpose: to manage and respond to the request sent by the user.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the form.
Retention period: the data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, where applicable, for the time legally required to comply with legal obligations. Once the relationship has ended, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.

2.2 Browsing data
This Website does not currently use traffic analysis tools or third-party tracking cookies. For more information on the use of our own technical cookies, please refer to our Cookies Policy.

3. Data recipients
   The personal data provided through the contact form will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or it is strictly necessary for the provision of the requested service.
   The Website is hosted on web infrastructure services (hosting). The hosting provider may have technical access to the data stored as part of the contracted service, acting as a data processor in accordance with the conditions set out in its contract.

4. International transfers
   At present, no international data transfers are made to countries outside the European Economic Area. Should this change in the future, the user will be informed in accordance with the applicable regulations.

5. Rights of the data subject
   The user may exercise at any time the following rights recognised by the GDPR:
   Right of access: to know which personal data we process about you.
   Right to rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
   Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to request the deletion of your data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
   Right to restriction of processing: to request that the use of your data be restricted in certain circumstances.
   Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
   Right to object: to object to the processing of your data in certain situations.
   Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) via its website www.aepd.es if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.

6. Security
   The owners adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data stored.

7. Amendments to the privacy policy
   The owners reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to legislative developments or changes in their activities. It is advisable to review this document periodically. The version in force will always be the one published on the Website.
