Message or enquiry sent
Purpose: to manage and respond to the request sent by the user.

Retention period: the data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, where applicable, for the time legally required to comply with legal obligations. Once the relationship has ended, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.
